RELEASED IN V1.3 Tickets linked to not-settled files cannot be put up for resale
When selling with instalment plans, some tickets may not be fully paid at the time the ticket holder wants to resell them. With this change, organizers can prevent the resale of tickets that are not fully paid.
By default, only tickets linked to fully settled purchases will be eligible for resale. Tickets attached to partially paid purchases will no longer appear as resalable and cannot be put on resale until the related payment is fully completed.
