Do you need your users to specify which type of ID they used for the ID number field? You are now able to configure which ID card types you accept (ID, foreign ID, passport, driving license … ) and let your contacts select the one they are using for your system.

Multiple experience voucher redemption
Offering experience vouchers for seated events or groups? Multiple vouchers can be redeemed all at once in a single order, making things much faster and more convenient. Vouchers redeemed for the same seated events can be easily seated together and for group visits, like school trips, redeeming a large number of vouchers, this means less waiting at the counter and a much smoother start to the experience.
Member prices for season tickets
Would you like to reward your members with reduced prices within a season ticket? It is now possible to define specific member prices inside your season tickets, allowing your member or contacts with a membership in their basket to buy season tickets for a reduced price.
Within the rate table of your events, you can define specific prices for member price levels for performances bought within a season ticket. Members will then automatically see the prices corresponding to their membership’s price level and benefit from a discount. The discounted price levels also apply for contact purchasing the membership at the same time as the season ticket.

You can now easily view the current content of your application, making it simpler to review and manage selections before submission.
The sticky section at the bottom of lottery screens now includes an expand button to show full application details.

Downloaded ticket take back
Previously, sponsors faced difficulties reclaiming tickets that had already been downloaded by receiver, especially when guests decided not to attend after initially registering. This left sponsors without an easy way to recover and redistribute those tickets.
We have added a new parameter in the Point of Sales settings that allows sponsors to take back (reclaim) downloaded tickets, in addition to the existing option for injected tickets.
