Bottomline improvements

RELEASED IN V1.1 Having difficulties identifying direct debit mandates in Bottomline corresponding to specific orders in S-360? Cross-reference are now available in both systems making it much easier to reconciliate payments.

Solution

We have added the direct debit reference from Bottomline (Figure 1) into the additional field of S-360 (Figure2).

Additionally, we will now find the order number, payer contact number and cultural contact number in the Alternative reference of Bottomline.

Getting started

In the Bottomline interface, it is now possible to search payments using these S-360 reference data.
