Solution

A new option is now available in the back-office to allow reprinting a mobile ticket and assigning it back to its original owner. The system will automatically retrieve the original mobile owner of each ticket and assign the tickets to the corresponding contact.

Getting start

Who is the original mobile contact?
The contact who received first the current ticket on the secure wallet (TIXNGO) of their phone.

The system will only consider the current ticket being reprinted. It will not look through the ticket invalidation chain to find the contact who first received a ticket on the secure wallet.

In sales module (Ticket List, File Details or Seat Map), you can select the option “Assign to original mobile contact” in the cultural contact field of the reprint pop-up. After confirming the reprint, the system will retrieve the original mobile contact of each ticket being reprinted and will assign the corresponding contact to each ticket.

Note that this option is only available for TIXNGO tickets.
