Build campaign-ready targets straight from contact import
RELEASED IN V3.2 Creating SAM targets from imports? Say goodbye to spreadsheet handling. No more exporting contacts, running VLOOKUPs, rebuilding files, and re-importing just to create a target list. Now you can do it all in one step.
Solution
When importing contacts via CSV or ZIP, you can now create a new static target or add contacts to an existing one — right from the import popup. Every newly created and matched existing contact is automatically included, so your target is campaign-ready the moment the import finishes.
Getting started
A new Additional action section has been added to the Import Contact popup:
Create a new target — the system pre-fills the target name from your file name. Edit it if you like, and a unique code is generated automatically.
Add to an existing targ — search and select any active static target with a type-ahead dropdown. Contacts are merged seamlessly — no duplicates, no data loss
All contacts listed in the import file will be added to the target, regardless whether they already exist in the system or not. Your new or updated target is available immediately — no waiting, no extra steps.
