Spectator V4 Bulk actions

Spectator V4 Bulk actions

Why do you need bulk spectator actions ?

Here are typical use cases of actions that should be regularly performed on huge number (or even all) spectators:

  • Regular spectator anonymization upon request or after competition/season end to comply with GDPR or other policies;

  • Cleaning up spectators’ associated devices to ensure the device constraints will be applied without taking into account history from past competition or season;

  • Force log out of all users after and IDP configuration change for instance;

  • Locking accounts of spectators due to violations of the terms & conditions.

With Spectators V4, you can now perform these bulk actions on spectators directly in Backoffice.
