New Mobile devices restrictions
Why should you use it?
The goal is to protect ticket integrity by preventing duplicate tickets on multiple devices and blocking unauthorized resale or transfer circumvention.
How does it work?
“Settings” screen
Add new setting keys to easily manage the spectator devices:
Setting key: security.devices.maximum.active (Editable from TIXNGO Back-Office)
Description: Maximum number of active devices allowed by spectator
Value range: Positive number from 1-10
Setting key: security.devices.maximum.allowed (Editable from TIXNGO Back-Office)
Description: Maximum number of devices allowed by spectator
Value range: Positive number from 1-50
=> In case the number of devices or active devices reach to maximum number, the system will block the new login process of spectator, and they need to contact the support.
Mobile screen
Based on the setting key above, the mobile will also display message as you defined in the crowdin label.
In case it is reach to maximum number of devices, it will display like below when you try to login
In case it is reach to maximum number of device sessions, it will display like below when you try to login
The message can be adjusted via the Crowdin key to make it appropriate for the organizer.
“Mobile logs” screen
All Device infos are logged accordingly for EACH mobile log including the new action of new setting key:
Logout or Remove Spectator’s Device
We put limits on how many devices a spectator allowed and how many times they can be logged in at once, just to keep tickets safe and stop any unauthorized access (see the “Setting screen” above). If spectators run into problems with their devices and need help, organizers can unblock them directly from the “Device” tab using the following actions:
Log out one device: This action will unblock active limit session by resets a specific active session for the spectator, allowing them to log in again without exceeding the active session limit.
Delete one device: This action deletes a specific device for the spectator, enabling them for new devices if they have reached the maximum allowed device limit.
Log out or delete ALL devices: Organizers can also log out or delete all devices at once if needed.
With these tools, organizers can effectively support spectators without compromising on security.
