TRANSFER ACCEPTANCE
Why should you use it?
This optional action lets you control the ticket app’s behavior.
Depending on your business needs, your spectator may need to accept or reject an incoming ticket transfer, or no action may be required.
How does it work?
When the Accept/Reject transfer feature is enabled, the ticket transfer recipient will be required to explicitly accept and download tickets, or send them back to the sender
Even when the “accept/reject” feature is enabled from “Application Feature” settings, the following situations will NOT require explicit acceptance from the spectators
Spectator return a ticket to the previous owner of this ticket
When a ticket transfer is started by Backoffice users
When the Accept/Reject transfer feature is disabled, the ticket transfer recipient does not need to take extra actions. Transfers are accepted automatically when recipients open the mobile ticket app.
