Collect refund information more easily
Operators creating or modifying a contact file, or ticketshop users selling their tickets, can specify refund information in the form of ‘Financial information’ contact criteria.
You can use this feature by raising a Kayako ticket to send the Support team the list of fields required in the box office and ticketshop.
- In the box office, the fields are shown in the ‘Financial information’ section of the contact file. The example below shows the fie
- In the ticketshop
- the profile screen and the payment method screen
- When the ticket is placed on resale, the refund information fields are automatically displayed only if the tickets were originally paid for by a method other than a credit card. Where this is the case, users can tick a ‘Bank refund’ box and complete the details required for the refund..
