    Getting started

    To activate the shared credit note capability for corporate relays, configure the following setting on your point of sale (POS):

    • POS parameter: Allow using the credit balance of the structure

      • True/Enable: Logged-in relay contacts can view and pay using their structure's credit note.

      • False (Default)/Disable: The structure's credit balance remains hidden and unavailable to relays.

    Once activated, relays can view their parent structure’s available credit balance right on the homepage. During the payment step, a simple "Use my balance" checkbox allows relays to quickly apply the structure’s credit note toward their order total.
