Introduction to V4 Campaigns Screen
Overview
The New Campaign screen in TIXNGO V4 allows organizers to schedule and configure operational campaigns using pre-created communication templates. This interface focuses on audience targeting and timing, following the new V4 logic of separating content from execution.
Campaign Name
A required field to name the campaign for internal reference.
Scheduling Time
Campaigns must be scheduled at least 5 minutes in the future and no more than 15 days ahead.
Communication Template
Dropdown to select a predefined template, created and managed through the V4 Campaign Content Management → Introduction to V4 Campaign Content Management
Target Audience
You can define the target audience using one of two methods:
Use a CSV file: Upload a list of spectator identifiers manually.
Use Filters (default and recommended approach): Dynamically target spectators based on live ticket and event data.
Filters
Event (mandatory): Choose the relevant event the campaign targets.
Ticket status:
ALL
,DOWNLOADED
,PENDING_TRANSFER
,NOT_DOWNLOADED
Attributes:
ASSIGNED
,ACTIVATED
,CHECKED
,CONTROLLED
Seating details: Filter by Gate, Block, or Row for highly specific campaigns (e.g., inform Block A spectators of entrance changes).
Understanding V4 CSV filter
You can now target up to 100 000 spectators in a single campaign using a CSV file.
The CSV structure remains simple and lightweight:
No header, and only one email address per line
Maximum: 100 000 lines
Understanding V4 filters
The filters in the V4 campaigns are based on the EXACT Match search pattern.
They are cumulative and combined using an AND logic—meaning that all conditions must be met simultaneously.
Example
If you select
Event = “My demo event”
Assigned = ALL
Activated = Not Activated
You will target spectators who have tickets for the “My demo event” event and whose tickets has been assigned and not yet activated.
