Modifying a season-ticket seat

The file details in SecuTix already allow you to change the

In the file details, the room plan icon is now also displayed on the line for the season ticket (and not just on lines for season-ticket events).

Clicking on this icon opens a room plan that includes the upcoming events. The process for changing the seat is the same as for a single event:

Click on 'cancel/exchange'
Indicate whether the seat change has been requested by the purchaser or the institution
Select the new seat
Click OK
