Prerequisites

To be able to import memberships, you need following tasks to be finished

• The contacts must have been created or imported

• The seasons must exist

• The membership products must be configured, especially the code of these will be used in the import file.

• The tariffs must be configured. They must be valid for Occasional contact or any invited audience category and for the given season.

• The VAT rates must be defined for the full period covered by imported data
