Introduction to V4 Campaigns List

Overview

The Campaign List screen has been redesigned to provide a cleaner overview and better traceability of campaign activity, with improved filters and status indicators.

  • Campaign Name – Search by partial or full name of the campaign.

  • Status Filter – Select between different campaign states (e.g., SCHEDULED, IN_PROGRESSS, CANCELLED, COMPLETED). By default, Cancelled campaigns are excluded.

Campaign Actions

Each campaign entry includes a set of action icons:

  • View – See campaign configuration (template, schedule, filters)$

  • Edit – Modify campa

  • Cancel – Cancel the campaign before execution.

  • Export – Download execution report.

Campaigns Grid

Each campaign is listed with detailed metadata to help teams track execution and results:

Campaign Name

The name of the campaign.

Created Date

When the campaign was initially created.

Scheduled Date

Planned trigger time for sending the campaign.

Status

Current state of the campaign with color-coded badges.

Start Date

When the campaign actually started (populated after execution begins).

End Date

When the campaign actually completed (populated after execution ends).

Spectators at Schedule

Number of spectators that matched the filter conditions at the scheduled time.

Spectators at Execution

Actual number of spectators targeted when the campaign was executed (accounts for last-minute changes).

Success

Number of successful deliveries (e.g., emails sent or push notifications delivered).

Failure

Number of failed deliveries (e.g., errors, unreachable users).

  • Campaign Name: Name of the campaign.

  • Trigger date & time: Planned trigger time for sending the campaign.

  • Template: Name of the Communication Template used by the campaign.

  • Target Audience:

    • With CSV

    • Downloadable trimmed CSV file (Original file without duplicated emails)

    • Event: Name of the targeted events

    • Ticket status: Targeted Status (at execution time, only tickets in this specific status will be considered. Use ALL if you don’t want to target a specific status)

      • Controlled

    • Seating details

      • Gate

      • Block

      • Row
