After all your setups are ready on TIXNGO Backoffice, spectators can add this ticket to Apple or Google Wallet and scan this Wallet Pass to access the venuehttps://go.confluence.secutix.com/wiki/x/cgLvAg

The Apple Wallet Live Activity notification

This notification appears at the same time as the moment the ticket is activated in the mobile ticket app, until the event's end date

And spectators will see this notification, if they have not turned this option off from their Apple Pass

To prevent the duplication of Wallet Pass on the External Wallet for different spectators

Spectators cannot add a ticket to the External Wallet twice

Tickets added to the External Wallet become invalid if spectators transfer them, if the tickets are transferred via TIXNGO Backoffice, or if they are deleted from the ticketing system (S-360 system or directly on TIXNGO Backoffice)
