Introduction to V4 Communications Logs
Alongside the rollout of the new Communication Engine and the revamped Communication Templates, we’re excited to announce the introduction of the V4 Communication Logs in TIXNGO V4—another major step toward delivering greater transparency, traceability, and operational control over all spectator communications.
What are Communication Logs?
The Communication Logs centralize the history of all communications sent to spectators, whether they are:
Transactional notifications & emails (e.g., ticket download confirmation, transfer updates)
Operational campaigns (e.g., ticket reminders, last-minute venue alerts)

Communication logs are per spectator, chronologically ordered (newest first).

Resend: Clicking on the eye icon allows you to resend the communication (if the spectator is not anonymized)
For TIXNGO V4 roll-out, it won’t be possible to Export Communications Logs.
Communication details
When you click the eye icon in the V4 Communication Logs results grid, it opens a detailed view of the selected communication.
This feature is designed to provide support teams and organizers with comprehensive information for troubleshooting and auditing purposes.
