Online sales

  • The credit card payment online can now be canceled and restarted with a different card without losing the content of the cart.

  • A secure mobile ticket was injected into the wrong email address? Let your B2B customers take back injected mobile tickets and re-distribute them.

  • Tickets can be viewed on the seat map from the ticket list page.

  • You are using the linked seats to sell accessibility tickets and their companions? You can now allow your customers to safely resell those linked tickets together.

  • Smooth out your digital transformation by offering mobile tickets to your early adopters in parallel to legacy season ticket cards.

Back-office

  • Your season ticket holders can pay their additional matches (cup scheme) with the new direct debit payment method. Read more

  • The propagate function of the seat map now only propagates the updated attributes of the saved seats, not all the attributes of those seats.

  • Gift Aid configuration has been improved to go down to the product. This means that you can have for example a defined selection of memberships products that can be "gift aid-ed" and some other memberships that can't be "gift aid-ed".
