Aim: Create an entry ticket to visit an exhibition, a museum, on a free or guided basis. With themes, languages and timeslots.
Description: different types of Visit Passes exisits
- With or without guide: A group of friends decides to visit a museum. Some of them decide to take an audio guide, some don’t
- Individual visit: visit by individual
- Group visit:
- An individual rate: calculating price per person (For example: a company organizes a tour for 25 employees, the price calculate by each person, each person have a different price)
- A flat rate: the price of visit pass will be calculate by the number of person per group (For example: a company organizes a tour for 30 employees, they pay a flat rate for up to 30 people)

1) General
NEW button lets appears this new screen to create an another Visit pass. Let's define : name, code, product type, audience type, ticket model and alert threshold.
2) Parameter
Determine :
- Type of visit: Group visit or individual visit
- With or without guide
- Pricing: depend if it is an individual visit or a group visit
- Ticket type: depend if it is an individual visit or a group visit
- Minimum start size: minimum of person for the visit
- Maximum start size: maximum of person for the visit
- Group size tolerance: number of people that may exceed the capacity of a group for a single guide
- Select the space allows (Visit space)
- Define the Initial quota of items: quantity maximum to sell
3) Themes and languages
Associated visit themes created here: Visit theme
The themes appear on the ticketshop. The customer can choose the theme and the language of the visit related to the timeslot.
4) Timeslots
- Link or Unlink Timeslot determine here: Visit space
- Change limit to the selection or all,
- Modify themes, languages (selection, all)
5) Base Price
- Display filters to allows rate types, tariffs and price levels,
- Display grid,
- Complete your prices
