In this release, we support a function to split tickets from existing shipment, and attached to a new shipment with either the same shipment mode as the initial shipment or the specified shipment mode

Purpose:

• Split some special tickets from a shipment to treat it differently (to print it in a special printer, to print it later)
• Change shipment mode for many shipments at the same time
• Trouble shooting

How:

• Please following the below picture to set up your parameters to find out which tickets should be split from existing shipment. 

Note:

• Only UNSENT shipments and NOT PRINTED tickets will be processed.

• If all tickets of a shipment satisfy the search criteria and the chosen shipment mode is the same as existing shipment then no shipment is created. 

• If all tickets of a shipment satisfy the search criteria and the chosen shipment mode is different from existing shipment then shipment mode of the shipment is changed (not shipment is created).
