Downloads

In the old version of TIXNGO Backof

Now, with the new Downloads screen, all the export requests of the Ticket List and Mobile Logs screen will be executed independently and silently. So, you can continue your other tasks on TIXNGO Backoffice and back to check the result files later on the Downloads screen. While the status is changed to COMPLETED, you can download these files to your computer. The other members of your organizer can save time, they do not need to create a new export request if they have the same need, just go to the Downloads screen and get the corresponding files.
