How to resell seats from a season ticket

Increase your number of season ticket holders by offering them a new service. Allow them to resell their seats on your resale platform, if they can’t attend an event. That way, your customers will be less hesitant to buy a season ticket.

Here’s how to do it

• For each online point of sales, authorize (or not) to sell season ticket seats on the resale platform by using the “Resell tickets from a subscription” setting for the corresponding point of sales. Of course, if you don’t want this function, you can leave the setting as “no” for all online points of sales.
• The use
• If they wish, the user can offer a seat from their season ticket for sale on the resale platform, like they would do with an individual ticket. They can choose a resell price in line with the defined purchase price and range (minimum and maximum percentages).
• A buyer logs on to the exchange market and buys the seat. The user can be an occasional contact.

Note : you need to authorize the initial contingent of the seat on the dedicated channel of the resale platform. Ex : a season ticket sold in the VIP contingent will not be available for resale as long as the contingent VIP is not authorized on the resale platform sales channel.
