Prevent "LOCKED" spectator from logging out of TIXNGO Wallet

Small addition to the “Spectator freeze feature”" feature. Once you lock a spectator, you will also prevent them to logout from the mobile app.

• As soon as a spectator is LOCKED from the Back-Office, the LOGOUT button will disappear from the burger menu,

• As soon as a spectator is UNLOCKED from the Back-Office, the LOGOUT button will re-appear from the burger menu, allowing him to log out again.
